Description

These distinctive heirloom beans have a lovely white snow cap surrounding a cappuccino colored bean about the size of a pinto bean. They are so pretty, it s one of the beans we find ourselves enjoying in the pantry ALMOST as much as in the pot.  They keep most of their distinctive pattern when cooked. They have a soft texture (and some say a flavor) reminiscent of grandma s mashed potatoes.
