Beef bones have several healthy benefits and nutritional content.  To release nourishing collagen, protein and minerals, simmer slowly. This will create a broth which can be the base for any recipe that calls for broth.  

Approximately 2.5-3 pounds. Marrow Bones are cross cut in 2 inch sections.
