Bob starts with pure Vermont maple syrup and adds real wood smoke, nothing else…except love of course. We use this for smoked maple sweet potato puree, but it s also amazing drizzled on fried chicken or pork chops. Use just a dash of it in a spicy sauce and it will add new dimension. Add this to a cocktail instead of simple syrup and you ll have to set a 4 drink limit (hello bourbon our old friend).
